Job summary

Oklahoma Treatment Services in Oklahoma is seeking a Case Manager II to provide direct and indirect casework for patients and their families, focusing on rehabilitation and skill development. You will support care coordination and help individuals pursue recovery paths within a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, discharge planning, and collaboration with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in behavioral health or education with ODMHSAS training.
• Must hold CPRP or related psychiatric rehab credential, or progress toward certification.
• Clear path toward clinical licensure with ODMHSAS CMII training.
• CMII certification must be issued on or after July 1, 2013.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect casework services to patients and families.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper release of information for referrals.
• Discharge planning and timely documentation within 14 days.
• Contribute to treatment planning through daily reports and reviews.
• Educate patients about chemical dependency and recovery.
• Coordinate with medical staff and community resources.
• Advocate for patients and interface with providers and teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Education

CPRP certification or related psychiatric rehab credential

Progress toward clinical licensure (Master's or Doctoral)

CMII Certification issued July 1, 2013 or after
