Kingdom Builders Transitional Housing Program seeks a dedicated Case Manager to assess client needs, develop and monitor case plans, and coordinate services with a team. You will conduct intake interviews, establish treatment programs, and ensure accurate client records while advocating for additional resources and support.

The role requires strong communication, integrity, and 3+ years in customer service or human services, with a valid in-state license and background check.
