Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant work experience in serving low-income or veteran populations.
• Associate's degree with significant years of related work may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license; proof of vehicle liability insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit support service requests and MIS data on client cases.
• Maintain client files, case notes, and follow-ups; prepare corresponding correspondence.
• Achieve client goals and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Provide housing placement assistance and temporary financial support per client needs.
• Coordinate services with internal programs to avoid duplication and maximize client benefits.
