Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, Social Service or related field with two years’ experience.
• Must be computer literate with Word/Excel and online databases.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Independent worker with teamwork skills and reliable transportation.
• Pass pre-employment background check and hold a valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake with client and family/guardian.
• Ensure timely completion of Intake paperwork, Assessments, and Service Plans.
• Enter documentation into SWK database within 48 hours of completion.
• Maintain physical and web-based client files.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and home visits per schedule.
• Connect families to natural and professional support services.
• Follow up on evaluations and maintain school/community contacts.
