Job summary

Southwest Key Programs is seeking a Family Specialist in Cotulla, TX for a part-time evening role within a home-based program. The position requires transporting youth to and from group counseling and activities, and managing documentation and data entry.

The role may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a typical shift from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience with at-risk youth, plus reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience working with at risk youth.
• Muss have reliable transportation, registration and maintain state mandated car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face to face contacts with youth at various locations for accountability purposes.
• Develop and maintain helping relationships with youth in the program to encourage individual accountability.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Enter data promptly in Southwest Key Programs database.
• Notify Case Manager or designee immediately in the event of a youth crisis, suspected illegal activity, or any other youth or program incident.

Education
