Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Disability Career Case Manager to support clients with disabilities in education, job training, internships and employment-related services. The role includes developing individualized career plans, tracking progress, and coordinating with community partners and vocational rehabilitation services.

You will provide onsite job coaching, assist with resume development, interview skills, and workplace accommodations, and collaborate with the Career Advancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, social services or related field.
• Experience with clients seeking education, training or employment services.
• Ability to travel for client locations as needed.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client caseloads and support resume building, job searching, and interview preparation.
• Develop individualized career plans and track goal progress.
• Lead internship programs and build employer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and data entry.
