Job summary

Total Care Services, Inc. is hiring a Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) to support individuals with IDD/DD in accessing services, resources, and community-based supports in Maryland counties (Montgomery, Washington, Prince George’s).

This full-time role targets case managers, social workers, and human services professionals who are passionate about serving IDD/DD and growing within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (required).
• Degree must already be obtained (required).
• 2+ years of case management experience or 2+ years of experience working with the IDD/DD population (required).
• Must live in Maryland (required).
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance (required).

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with IDD/DD in accessing services, resources, and community-based supports.
• Coordinate and advocate for community services to promote independence and participation.
