Samaritan Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Case Manager to support the Miami County Office in Troy, OH. You will coordinate clinical care, collaborate with internal and external teams, and manage documentation and scheduling to ensure timely services for child and adolescent clients.

The role requires a two-year or higher degree in a relevant field, with 1–3 years of experience in mental health or substance use services. Familiarity with CareLogic and trauma-informed care is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years in mental health/drug and alcohol field.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 decile/criteria terms and community resources.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with referral sources and external providers to ensure client care.
• Complete required paperwork within agency timelines.
• Provide CPST services and coordinate clinical care with physicians and other staff.
• Maintain CareLogic scheduling and track caseload activity.
• Engage in client contact via office, home, or community settings as needed.
