• Draft service plans and review case progress regularly.
• Advocate for clients in clinical status and treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with therapists, clients, and family members to meet behavioral health needs.
• Help clients develop daily living skills and independence.
• Uphold documentation and billing practices per CARF/CMS.
