Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience in direct service/case management.
• Associate's Degree is acceptable in lieu of or in addition to required experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Position: Case Manager 1Program: Roger Sherman HouseLocation: New HavenSalary: $22.00/hourSchedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday (7-3p), Tuesday (8-4p) & 2nd shift, Monday (3-11p)Program Summary:This residential work release program offers comprehensive case management services and employment readiness support. It serves adult men under the supervision of the Department of Correction as they transition back into the community following a period of incarceration. Participants receive support from dedicated case managers, assistance with job readiness, and connections to local services such as health care, continuing education, and formal vocational training.Position Summary:The Case Manager will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved.
