Job summary

The Connection in New Haven is seeking a Case Manager 1 to join the Roger Sherman House program on a full-time basis. You will provide structured case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community after incarceration.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma/GED (or Associate's Degree) and at least two years of related service experience; a valid driver’s license and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community.
• Assist with rehabilitation and successful reintegration by coordinating services and supports.
• Collaborate with Community Justice and Adult Services staff to connect clients with local resources.
