Job summary

The Connection Inc in New Haven, CT is seeking a Case Manager 1 to support a residential work release program for adult men transitioning from incarceration. You will provide structured case management, job readiness support, and connections to local services under an accountability framework.

Ideal candidates have experience with recovery-oriented or justice-involved populations and can balance structure with compassion while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience in direct service/case management.
• Associate's Degree is acceptable in lieu of or in addition to required experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, client-centered case management and supervision.
• Develop job readiness and employment connections for participants.
• Collaborate with program staff to rehabilitate and guide clients back into the community.
