Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to support a U.S.-based law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases, coordinating with clients and legal professionals, and ensuring cases progress efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor personal injury cases throughout their progression.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates.
• Gather, organize, and maintain case-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other relevant parties.
• Track case milestones, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate information in case management systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar legal support role.
• Strong understanding of Personal Injury processes and legal terminology is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Excellent client communication and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with legal case management software is a plus.
