Qualifications

Position Summary:

The Case Manager will support case management operations from intake to pre-litigation settlement, assist in daily office tasks, and work closely across departments. This is a versatile, hands-on role offering exposure to all facets of a personal injury law firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from intake to settlement. Including scheduling, medical records retrieval, opening the claims, and preparing demands.
• Communicate and sign new leads
• Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth firm workflow.
• Collaborate with pre-litigation and litigation department
• Maintain accurate, organized case files.
