Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated professional to work in our Dublin, NH residential facility. You will engage with clients, build relationships, and secure commitment to treatment within a supportive team environment.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and leadership to oversee crisis interventions and maintain thorough charting of all interactions and interventions.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a min. one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client crisis interventions as needed to prevent their leaving treatment AMA.
• Facilitate group occasionally to maintain understanding of community needs and challenges.

What You’ll Do

10a‑6p including one weekend day per week.
