• Track deadlines, calendars, and statutes of limitations.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation.
• Keep case statuses and notes current in SmartAdvocate for every file.

Personal Injury Case Manager - Pre-Litigation

About the Role

Eddington Law, a plaintiff personal injury firm in Denver, is hiring an experienced Case Manager to own a pre-litigation caseload from sign-up through settlement. This is a dedicated case management position - you will work your own files day to day: keeping clients informed, chasing down records and bills, and moving every case toward resolution.

Please read the requirements before applying. This role requires case management experience at a plaintiff personal injury law firm and fluent Spanish. Both are mandatory - applicants without them will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement using Clio Manage and SmartAdvocate
• Serve as the main point of contact for your clients - regular status updates, questions answered, and empathetic support throughout their case
• Request, track, and organize medical records, medical bills, and police reports
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Track and protect case deadlines, calendars, and statutes of limitations
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation
• Keep case statuses and notes current in SmartAdvocate on every file, every time

What We're Looking For

REQUIRED - please do not apply without both of these:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish - fluency in both languages is a MANDATORY requirement for this role. You will speak with Spanish-speaking clients daily.
• Case management experience at a plaintiff personal injury law firm. You have carried your own PI caseload before. (Insurance adjusting, defense-side work, and other practice areas are not a substitute for this.)

Also required:

• Working knowledge of the pre-litigation process: treatment tracking, records and billing, demands, and settlement
• Excellent phone presence and written communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred: experience with Clio and SmartAdvocate, PI/medical terminology familiarity, notary certification

• $45,000-$65,000 based on experience
