Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree plus 18 months of related social/human services experience.
• College credits substituted for experience with 60 credits for 9 months of work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BOS staff handling a full application process for new applicants and related cases.
• Review cases, authorize benefits, and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with Rental Assistance Unit and monitor workflow and performance.
• Oversee housing needs interviews and development of intervention plans for at-risk tenants.
