The Department of Mental Health is seeking a Human Services Coordinator II to supervise case managers at the Lynn Site Office, promoting recovery by coordinating services for DMH clients and assessing needs and risks.

The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a schedule 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and weekends off; requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and at least four years of case management experience. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work or related field required
• Four years of full-time or equivalent case management experience required
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple demands

Responsabilidades

• Supervise case managers and ensure quality services for DMH clients
• Conduct needs assessments to determine service types and intensity
• Develop and maintain community partnerships to access services
• Monitor risk and ensure risk reduction recommendations are followed
• Support clients in building a strong community network
