Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore Weinberg Housing and Resource Center is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for case management services within assigned program areas, supporting staff, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring clients are connected to appropriate resources. The role emphasizes supervision, training, and data integrity to meet agency standards.

The position operates Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM, in Baltimore, with responsibilities including staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• Four (4) years of related case management experience with two (2) years in supervision.
• Experience with program reporting, database documentation, funder compliance, trauma-informed service delivery, crisis response, and community resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages program staff through hiring support, orientation, training, supervision, coaching, performance evaluation, and ongoing development to promote high-quality service delivery.
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews staff work to ensure case management practices are timely, client-centered, and aligned with program, funder, and agency expectations.
• Oversees case management operations, including documentation review, case plan monitoring, service coordination, and compliance with record-keeping standards.
