Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to improve client wellbeing through coordinated services and resource referrals. You will supervise case management operations, ensure grant and contract compliance, and contribute to program development and staff training.

The role includes guiding a team of case managers, conducting regular file reviews, and collaborating with medical, legal, housing, and mental health professionals to strengthen

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required with relevant licensure or credentials.
• Minimum 2 years in case management and direct service delivery, including homeless or marginalized populations.
• Strong knowledge of social service delivery systems and ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and functional supervision of up to 6 FTEs.
• Lead case management planning, review cases, and evaluate service effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, ethics and quality standards.
• Coordinate referrals across disciplines and monitor program outcomes and CQI duties.
• May carry a caseload and assist with hiring and training staff.
