Catholic Charities of Baltimore Weinberg Housing and Resource Center is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for case management services. The role supports staff, strengthens service delivery, and connects clients to resources.

Work hours are 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday, within a low-barrier emergency shelter serving 275+ clients nightly. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years in case management, including two in

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, public health, human services administration, or a related field required.
• Four years of related case management or comparable experience, with at least two years in supervisory capacity.
• Experience with program reporting, database documentation, funder compliance, trauma-informed service delivery, crisis response, and staff supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and manages program staff through hiring support, orientation, training, supervision, coaching, performance evaluation, and ongoing development.
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews staff work to ensure timely, client-centered case management aligned with funder and agency expectations.
• Oversees case management operations, including documentation review, case plan monitoring, service coordination, and compliance.
• Provides direct client service support as needed, including carrying a caseload and coordinating referrals.
• Collaborates with staff and partners to maintain current resource information for health, housing, and related services.
• Maintains compliance with policies, funder requirements, confidentiality, and data quality expectations.
• Prepares and submits program reports accurately and on time; ensures data is complete and reliable.
