Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Case Management Supervisor to improve client well‑being through coordinated services and community resources. The role oversees case management operations within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to contract, grant requirements and agency procedures.

The supervisor provides input on program development, staff training, performance management and CQI activities, while guiding up to 6 FTEs and collaborating with diverse service

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years’ experience in case management and direct service delivery.
• Experience serving homeless or marginalized populations is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with case managers to plan and review cases and engagement strategies.
• Conduct client file reviews and satisfaction surveys for QA.
• Provide case management oversight and consultation to staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Lead regular case conferences and skill-building sessions to build competencies.
• Collaborate with legal, medical, dental, housing, vocational and mental health partners.

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field

Experience in case management/mental health

Experience serving homeless or marginalized populations
