This role involves assessing clients' needs and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans. Candidates must have at least 2 years of healthcare experience, including at least 1 year in mental health, and a Master's degree in Mental Health or Social Work. Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, with 1 in a mental health setting.
• Must be registered with the BBS as AMFT, ASW, or LPCC.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Implement overall treatment plans alongside nursing staff.
