The role involves collaborating with CMS units and Legal Division managers to align operations with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will supervise analytical staff, manage priorities, and ensure data accuracy using ProLaw and Cognos.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with business intelligence, report development, data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of case management systems, preferably ProLaw or comparable legal case management applications.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, resolve complex reporting issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Experience managing competing priorities, projects, and customer expectations in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, quality assurance, and process improvement skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Case Management Section project supervisors and analytical support staff daily.
• Collaborate with CMS Supervisors, CMS technical staff, Legal Executive, and other divisions to support the legal enterprise.
• Apply project management principles and utilize ProLaw and Cognos for reporting and analysis.
