Job summary

The Salvation Army in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Case Manager to supervise residents at the Residential Reentry Center. You will meet weekly with inmates, review program participation, and support goal setting and program components.

Strong documentation and due-process skills are essential for maintaining records and supporting the program Director. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience; a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• One year experience in correctional, security or social service work preferred.
• Or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains resident files, records, and documentation up-to-date in a secure location.
• Evaluates resident progress weekly through Program Plans and counseling.
• Investigates incidents, complaints, or behavioral problems using due process.
• Assists Program Director with timely submission of records and documentation.
• Administers other program duties as delegated by the BOP Program Director.
