Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a skilled Lead Case Manager in Nashville, TN, to guide a team of case workers in delivering long-term, structured services within emergency shelter and transitional housing programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and 4+ years of direct case management experience, with supervisory experience preferred. You will coordinate program plans, monitor progress, and advocate for clients to access housing and supportive services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience providing direct case management services; one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the case management team and serve as a first point of contact for service questions.
• Provide staff training and ensure team meets impact measures for grants and contracts.
• Maintain accurate case records and HMIS data; generate monthly statistical reports.
