Qualifications

• Requires 2 year Associate Degree or MSW; Bachelor degree preferred.
• Case management leadership experience 1–3 years required; 3–5 years preferred.
• RN licensure or FL LCSW license preferred.
• Certification in Case Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day care provision for patients in the department.
• Supervise all staff and coordinate with medical staff.
• Provide leadership with Case Management Director for planning and integration with facility goals.
