Job summary

HCA Florida Westside Hospital is seeking a Manager Case Management to oversee hospital-based case management services and lead the case management team. This role focuses on coordinating care, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, BSN preferred, 3+ years in clinical hospital nursing, and 3–5 years in case management with supervisory experience. Certification in InterQual IQCI or case management is desirable.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in state of practice.
• Three years of clinical, hospital nursing experience.
• Three to five years of case management experience.
• One to two years supervisory experience preferred.
• InterQual CER or IQCI certification preferred.
• Case Management certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hospital-based case management programs and teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, supervision, and administrative activities.
• Ensure quality, documentation, and outcomes align with hospital policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate activities to promote patient throughput and appropriate resource utilization.
