Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• Three years of clinical hospital nursing experience.
• Three to five years of previous case management experience.
• One to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• InterQual CER or IQCI certification preferred.
• Case Management certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day case management program operations.
• Coordinate activities to promote quality outcomes and patient throughput.
• Supervise professional and support staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure care coordination and documentation meet hospital guidelines.
