HCA Florida West Marion Hospital seeks a Manager of Case Management to supervise daily operations and staff, coordinating with medical leadership to support facility goals and patient care excellence. The role may involve work at Ocala Regional Medical Center, West Marion Community Hospital, or the freestanding ED as needed.

Qualifications include 2-year Associate Degree or MSW, Bachelor’s preferred, and leadership experience in case management.

• RN licensure or FL LCSW license preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager is responsible for day to day provision of care rendered to patients in the department, assists with oversight of daily operations, manages all staff members in the department and works closely with medical staff members. Maintains an active role in community education and serves as a resource to the Department. Provide leadership in conjunction with the Case Management Director for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of Case Management in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. May be required to work at Ocala Regional Medical Center, West Marion Community Hospital, or The Free Standing Emergency Department as needed.

What qualifications you will need:

• 2 year Associate Degree required. OR Masters in Social Work (MSW) required
• 4 year Bachelor Degree preferred
• Case Management Certification Preferred
• If RN - RN Licensure required OR If MSW - FL LCSW License Preferred
• 1 – 3 years of case management leadership experience required
• 3 – 5 years of case management leadership experience preferred.
