Alliant Insurance is hiring a Case Design Specialist (internally known as: Internal Marketing Consultant) for our Life Insurance department at our ASA Group office in Little Rock, AR.

Position Highlights

Our Internal Marketing Consultant (also known as Insurance Wholesaler or Case Design Specialist) will recruit new business and support our Advisors and Agents nationwide with a variety of insurance products.

Details: Full-time, benefits eligible. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM (working one Friday a month until 5 PM). Compensation includes base pay plus incentives. Remote work is eligible.

Summary

Responsible for supporting the company's product portfolio, developing marketing plans, and assisting the Marketing Department to increase revenue and profit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Agent Support Functions: Promote products, develop marketing plans, assist agents with inquiries, recruit, train, and support agents to maximize their productivity, and ensure compliance with reporting rules and sales requirements. Communicate product updates and monitor agent performance. Develop a team roster and maintain contact/support.
• Department Support Functions: Update contact management systems, manage team rosters, and be familiar with various reports and tools used in the department.
• Special Projects: Collaborate on internal and external committees, and assist with special projects as directed by management.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field; High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years in insurance, financial services, marketing, or customer service; Life/Health license preferred.

Skills: Knowledge of insurance industry and products; proficiency in office software; excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; organizational and project management abilities; ability to work independently and as part of a team; confidentiality and professionalism.
