Alliant Insurance is hiring a Case Design Specialist (internally known as: Internal Marketing Consultant) for our Life Insurance department at our ASA Group office based in Little Rock, AR!

The ASA Group is a Brokerage General Agency (BGA) that leverages long-standing relationships with insurance companies to find the product that best suits each client.

Position Highlights

Our Internal Marketing Consultant (also known as Insurance Wholesaler or Case Design Specialist) will recruit new business and support our current Advisors and Agents nationally with our insurance products.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, benefits eligible
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM (working 1 Friday a month until 5 PM)
  • Compensation: Base pay + incentive
  • Remote eligible
Summary

Responsible for providing support services to promote the company's product portfolio and develop the Marketing Department to increase revenue and profit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Agent Support Functions: Promote products, develop marketing plans, handle calls, recruit and train agents, assist with issues, communicate product info, monitor compliance, provide technical support, identify top producers, and develop agent relationships. All communications with end consumers should be through agents unless approved otherwise.
  2. Department Support Functions: Update and maintain contact management systems, manage team rosters, and handle various reports and webinars.
  3. Special Projects: Collaborate on internal and external committees, assist with projects as requested.
  4. Other Duties: As assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years in insurance, financial services, marketing, or customer service
  • Life/Health Insurance license preferred
