***The location for this position is virtual/remote***

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Architecture, Design & Construction team that delivers exceptional properties that delight our guests, reward our partners, and reflect the unique cultures of their geographical locations! As a Design Specialist on the AD&C team, reporting to the Design Manager, Spark by Hilton, you will work on projects for the Spark brand.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:
  • Provide interior design expertise for our Spark brand and its Franchisees and their consultants.
  • Manage reviews of interior design submittals (including plans, specifications, finishes, and shop drawings) digitally to align with brand standards and strategy.
  • Provide technical and project management skills to drive Spark hotel projects forward to completion.
  • Assist with the revision of Spark brand standards and design tools to improve product.
How you will collaborate with others:
  • Work with Owners, AD&C Project team, Brand Management, Quality Assurance, PEP, PIP teams to guide Franchisees and their interior designers.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and explore new market opportunities.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
  • Review and provide timely digital comments on Interior Design Submittals.
  • Manage interior design submittal progress to approval.
  • Conduct pre-design and ID kick-off meetings and webinars with the franchisee's team.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of experience in Hospitality Design
  • Proficient in Bluebeam and AutoCAD/Revit
  • Willing to travel domestically as needed
It would be useful if you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Interior Design
  • NCIDQ Certified
  • Knowledge of procurement, project management, and design products and finishes

The annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000, based on experience and location. You may also participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, subject to plan terms.
