What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic communications plan for stakeholder messaging
- Create and implement a change management plan to engage stakeholders effectively
- Provide advisory services for the civilian readiness and talent management program
- Facilitate the Army Civilian Forum and support logistics for Army Civilian Luncheons
- Lead planning and development for Employee Engagement Council briefings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in graphic design and communications; or a bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and talent management life cycle areas
- Strong understanding of Army talent management initiatives and strategic planning
- Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required

- Experience with employee engagement strategies and programs within the Army
- Familiarity with marketing, graphic design, and data analysis in a government context
- Proven track record in managing communications campaigns for large organizations
