Alliant Insurance is hiring a Case Design Specialist (internally known as: Internal Marketing Consultant) for our Life Insurance department at our ASA Group office in Little Rock, AR.

The ASA Group is a Brokerage General Agency (BGA) that leverages long-standing relationships with insurance companies to find the best products for each client.

Position Highlights

Our Internal Marketing Consultant (also known as Insurance Wholesaler or Case Design Specialist) will recruit new business and support our Advisors and Agents nationwide with our diverse insurance products.

Details:

  • Full-time, benefits eligible
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM (working 1 Friday a month until 5 PM)
  • Compensation: Base pay + incentive
  • Remote eligible
Summary

Responsible for providing support services to promote the company's product portfolio and assist the Marketing Department in increasing revenue and profit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Agent Support: Promote products, develop marketing plans, assist agents with issues, recruit and train agents, and maintain agent relationships. Communicate product info, monitor compliance, and identify top producers.
  • Department Support: Update contact management system, manage team roster, and handle various administrative tasks including webinars and SMS technology tools.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate on internal/external committees and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in insurance or related industry; Life/Health license preferred.

Skills: Knowledge of insurance industry, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, proficiency with MS Office, project management, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Pay: Hourly, $20.52 - $25.65
