Developmental Services Center (DSC) provides comprehensive services across the lifespan—from birth through adulthood—including family development, case management, employment, residential, respite, and community day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford Counties. Qualifications: If you have a degree in a human services field such as Sociology, Psychology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Recreation, or a therapy‑related field, or even a designation as a COTA, come work with us as a Case Coordinator!
As a Case Coordinator at DSC, you will be responsible for the coordination of a wide range of supports and services for people to whom we provide services. You will need skills in service linkage, advocacy, documentation, securing and maintaining entitlements and coordination of Individual Implementation Strategy. Each day, you will be engaged in rewarding work where you will play an integral role in the success of the company and our mission to support people to live a rich and meaningful life.
At least one year of experience working directly with individuals with a developmental disability.
40 hour/week, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday; one day/week remote work.
