Developmental Services Center (DSC) is hiring a Residential Direct Support Professional in Champaign, IL. You will provide residential support, guide individuals, and help them live self-directed lives. No prior experience required; paid training is offered and CNAs are encouraged to apply.

This role covers residential support duties, supervision, and data/records keeping per program plans. Full-time and part-time shifts with generous benefits start day one.

Qualificações

Developmental Services Center (DSC) provides comprehensive services across the lifespan-from birth through adulthood-including family development, case management, employment, residential, respite, and community day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford Counties. No experience necessary, and we offer extensive PAID training for DSP's who help fulfill our mission and support the individuals we serve. CNA's are encouraged to apply!

This position is integral to providing residential support services to people in the Champaign County area. In this role, you will provide guidance and supervision, conduct individual and group training programs, general household maintenance and routines, and complete data and records according to individual program plans and Group Home procedures.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

• Grant-funded retention bonuses up to 2 payments for a maximum of $1,600 per fiscal year! (depending on when in the grant year you were hired)

• $17.50 per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour starting midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. There are also ample overtime opportunities available that could increase the hourly rate to $26.25-$29.25.
