Job summary

Road To Wisdom Llc in Houston, Texas is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide services to female youth in a residential treatment setting. You will coordinate support, paperwork, and program activities to promote safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate, complete records for audits, applying trauma-informed care, and utilizing the Trust Based Relational Intervention model in every resident interaction. Crisis management skills may be needed.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed care experience and/or training.
• Ability to apply crisis intervention strategies as needed.
• Strong record-keeping and compliance with audits.

Provide Case Management services to female youth in the foster care system in a residential treatment setting in accordance to Residential Child Care Regulation Minimum Standards and related contracts. Responsible for ensuring that records are completed correctly, completely, and timely so that all audits and/or records reviews are within compliance. Ensure that trauma informed care and our Trust Based Relational Interaction program model is utilized in all resident interaction. Demonstrate mastery of emergency behavior intervention and crisis management strategies are used as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• Some College, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a urine drug screen
• Be determined as "Eligible" as a result of a Health and Human Services background check (which may require fingerprinting)
• Provide TB test result
