Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is seeking a Case Aide to support the St. Jerome Emiliani Foster Care Program. You will assist case managers by gathering resources, organizing records, and handling administrative tasks to promote client well-being.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to service planning, staff meetings, and compliance with program standards. A valid Texas driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience providing child welfare services or case management.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.

Responsabilités

• Research and gather information about resources and referrals for clients and families, and keep them organized for easy access by case managers.
• Collaborate with local community organizations to provide appropriate resources to clients and their families.
• Maintain communication with foster parents and youth regarding independent living skills; provide one-on-one assistance as needed.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team of case management, education, legal, and other staff; participate in staffing and planning meetings.
