Job summary

Catholic Charities is seeking a full-time Case Aide to support the St. Jerome Emiliani Foster Care Program in Houston, TX. You will help case managers by gathering resources, maintaining records, and coordinating services for youth and families.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of child welfare or case management experience, and a valid Texas driver’s license. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and participate in staff and stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather community resources and referrals for clients and families.
• Maintain organized resource lists to assist case managers and clients.
• Coordinate with local organizations to provide services and support.
• Communicate with foster parents and youth about independent living skills.
• Assist with data entry and record-keeping in the program database.
• Ensure confidential handling of sensitive information and participate in meetings.
