Job summary

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB is seeking a Case Aide on the San Bernardino Campus. This temporary, full-time non-exempt position offers 40 hours weekly with a 8:45AM-5:15PM schedule and some evenings or Saturdays.

Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Under the supervision of the Center Manager, you will handle correspondence, provide customer service, monitor participant progress, and maintain records per agency specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• 1 year of general office clerical experience.
• Knowledge of reentry programs, criminal justice systems, and resources.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, email, Zoom and other office software.
• Typing speed 45 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and inquiries.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Assist participants in engaging with program expectations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records per agency specs.
• Observe participant performance and progress in program activities.
• Monitor participant compliance and document outcomes.
• Support participant growth aligned with program goals.
• Assist caseworkers in effective case management.
• Other duties as assigned.
