Chatham University is seeking a CAS Assistant to support the College of Arts & Sciences, under the Office of the Dean. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, mail delivery, and producing social media posts for the CAS. The position emphasizes discretion with official records and independent task management.
The College of Arts & Sciences has an exciting opportunity in the office of Dean MacNeil. Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be detail-oriented and accurate.
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
