Chatham University is seeking a part-time Student Administrative Assistant to support the Dean’s Office with communications, calendar management, and campus operations. The role includes handling emails, coordinating campus events, and assisting with tours for external visitors.
You will draft training materials, help with catering and IT tickets, and contribute to performance reviews while maintaining a 20-hour weekly limit. This position emphasizes diversity and inclusive campus engagement.
20 hours per week
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
