Car Wash Field Service Representative North Metro

ChemQuest Inc. is a part of the Hobo Inc. family of companies that has been in business for 30 years. We are the leader in custom chemical formulation and liquid bulk delivery for the car wash industry. Our headquarters is in Lakeville, Minnesota.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Carwash Field Service Representative position, priority give to applicants based in the Roseville MN / North metro area. ***NO relocation assistance is being offered for this position***

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Car Wash Field Service Representative is self-motivated, reliable and punctual and will work with a growing team of professionals servicing carwash chemicals and equipment for car washes within their geographical area of responsibility. This position offers a competitive wage and qualifies for quarterly bonuses after 6 months of employment.

In this position you will:

• Apply your mechanical knowledge to test and maintain carwash equipment.
• Travel between customer locations with company issued van, to provide routine maintenance and notify customers when work orders are needed.
• Monitor chemical levels and Titrations to ensure chemicals are working optimally.
• Build trusting relationships with customers.
• Work with a team of professionals to deliver the best service to all our customers.
• Always demonstrate a commitment to safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivated – reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently with little direction.
• Possess a mechanical aptitude.
• Basic Computer/ typing skills.
• Desire to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Some chemical knowledge is a plus.
• Willing and able to travel; including overnight on occasion.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug test, and driving history review.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota driver’s license without restrictions or violations.
