For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $51,200 - $76,800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range applies to candidates within the United States. Salary determination considers role responsibility, performance, skills, experience, and education. Our ASCO Field Service Technicians play a vital role by providing preventative maintenance and repair on customer-owned ASCO equipment, ensuring high-quality service in diverse environments. They are problem solvers, customer-focused, passionate, and integral to our team.

We provide training on products, digital tools, service vehicles, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops.

This is a home-based role with a 40-hour work week plus overtime.

The position involves servicing critical data center equipment, specifically as part of our ASCO team, focusing on OEM services for APC, MGE, and Schneider Electric equipment.

Typical Daily Tasks:

• Maintenance and repair of Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
• Service administration, reporting, inventory review, and safety audits
• Installation, maintenance, and repair within specific know-how

Additional Activities:

• Participate in job training for ATS maintenance and troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities to promote service growth
• Determine product upgrades or replacements

Qualifications:

• Military service or related technical experience with power systems
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read schematics and diagrams
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools and test equipment
• Availability for flexible hours, travel, and overnight stays
• Certifications or willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED and PPE training
• Knowledge of ATS operation and ability to perform startups on various models
• Valid driver’s license and ability to handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
