IKEA in Fishers, IN is hiring for a full-time Customer Relations associate. You will load/unload items, keep the loading zone clean, stock tools, and support exchanges, returns, and Click & Collect to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and outdoor work about half the time. Shifts include nights and weekends, with a starting rate of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs.
• Working Conditions: Outdoor 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean.
• Ensure that all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours.
• Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing.
• Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe stands or tools.
• Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, elevate matters to a manager when needed.
• Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed.
• When supporting in Full Serve Hand Out, provide customers with a simple and efficient handout experience.
• When supporting in Returns, ensure products and equipment are properly staged.
• When supporting Click & Collect, create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff.
