IKEA Gruppe in Fishers, IN is hiring a part-time warehouse teammate to support order fulfillment across channels and ensure inventory accuracy. You’ll help with replenishment, stocking, and moving goods to primary selling locations while maintaining a high level of product availability for customers. Benefits eligible?

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and permission to work nights & weekends. Starting pay ranges from $19.96 to $28.20 per hour; part-time co-workers receive a generous

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment preferred.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying occasionally (up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Move product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Selecting goods for customers, within the agreed time frame, to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
