Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient car loading/unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean.
• Ensure all shopping tools are stocked and maintained during store hours.
• Assist in other customer service areas such as Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed.
• Create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoffs and friendly service.
