Qualifications

• Part-time schedule with 12-20 hours per week
• Hourly pay rate is $19.50
• In-store customer service in Paramus, NJ

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient loading/unloading services and keep the loading area clean
• Ensure shopping tools are stocked and maintained during store hours
• Address customer needs and resolve issues, escalating when needed
• Support in Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect, and other service areas as needed
• Create a positive customer experience and uphold IKEA culture and diversity
