Job summary

Blue Flame Propane, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Richmond Bulk Plant. The role involves handling customer enrollments, cancellations, and complaints, assisting customers at the counter, processing orders, posting payments, and reconciling deposits.

The position requires professionalism and strong communication skills. The incumbent will greet visitors and may perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled).
• Process customer orders.
• Post payments daily in the computer system.
• Reconciling daily deposits.
• Filing and scanning documents.
• Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
